The building "UDX" is located in front of Akihabara Station. Since last year, I have been commuting to the site right next to this building, and I work near this building almost every day. However, although I have wandered around Restaurants area several times, I have never been to eat or drink in this building because I thought it was expensive even though it was lunch. When I was wandering around, I had a chance to look at this lunch menu and it said "Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)- 750 yen"! . I feel like it's a great deal when other restaurants' lunches cost over 1,000 yen. Still, I couldn't get used to the beautiful building, which was mostly made up of office workers and office workers, but it was my first visit about six months after I started working there. Entered the store around 12:45 on weekdays. It seems that the peak has passed and there are no lines, but the inside of the store is quite crowded. A customer had just left his seat at the counter, and I took up the vacant seat. You can see not only Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) but also other grilled foods being baked right in front of the grill/stove. In a sense, it can be said to be a "special seat." A woman is cooking. That's fine, but the other men don't bother with the cooking at all. It's a one-off operation, and the most popular dish, Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), can only be made four at a time. The miso soup was served immediately after ordering, but watching this operation makes me wonder when it will be served. As expected, the delivery of Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) was slow. No matter what, only one woman cooks. The men were the hall attendants...so in the end, it took less than 20 minutes from ordering to receiving the rice bowl. The miso soup that was served immediately after ordering was cold. I understand that it's crowded, but I think they should be a little more creative with their operations. Now, take a sip of the cooled miso soup and then eat Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). A delicious Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) with a good balance of sweet and spicy, and lots of chicken, egg, and dashi soup. The egg has a little bit of fire in it, but it has a ``tsuyu-daku'' feel to it, so it's easy to eat. For me, `` Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is a drink,'' so this is my favorite Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). Now, the miso soup has cooled down, but as you would expect from a chicken restaurant, it has ``tsukune'' in it. Of course, it's delicious, but it's also filling, so I highly recommend this miso soup. There would be no complaints as long as it wasn't cold. The volume is a little too much for me. Still, it's a delicious Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), so you can finish it deliciously. It's delicious, but I'm disappointed in the poor preparation for the operation. I don't know about the night, but I think there is room for improvement during the day.
