この日は3年ぶりの同窓会。
しかし、皆さんコロナ絡みと家庭の事情で
集まった人数は3人のみ。
まぁ仕方がないですね。
一軒目は店員さんがコロナで2名欠員となり
料理提供に時間が掛かり過ぎた為、早々に
退散し、この店に移動です。
早速、かめ入り紹興酒と焼餃子、水餃子を
注文して乾杯です。
餃子の種類が豊富なので、食べ比べすると
楽しいですね。
まずは水餃子から。
小ぶりな餃子ですが、ツマミには良い感じ。
焦って食べると熱々肉汁が舌を焼きますから
要注意です。
ぷるん、つるん、とした皮が旨い旨い。
こりゃ何個でも頂けますね。
続く焼餃子も旨いです。
ジューシーな餡が、更に旨さを増す役割を
果たしております。
色々と食べた後、上海焼きそば、チャーハン
を頂きご馳走さま。
〆飯のお陰で満腹大満腹となりました。
あまりの満腹加減により、少し早い時間でしたが
解散しました。
お陰で翌朝は二日酔いも無くスッキリとした
朝を迎えられました。
旨いし安いし、良いお店であります。
