アキバ・トリムの５Ｆレストラン街にあるトラジで平日にランチを頂きました。まだ13時過ぎでしたが、エレベーターを降りると人の気配はあまりありません。このフロア、コロナ以前から客入りが振るわないという情報を聞いた事がありますが、この日も厳しそうでしたね。
高級店だけあって、中は個室か半個室のみの配置となっております。１人でも無事に個室に案内され、ランチメニューを拝読。ランチメニューは、数種類の定食と石焼ビビンバ、ジャン麺というラインナップになっています。
この日は普通に焼き肉が頂きたかったので、『トラジ御膳（\2，600）』をオーダー。先に配膳された野菜のスムージーをちびちび飲みながら、主役の登場を待ちます。
お料理は小さなお盆からはみ出るようなお皿と共に登場。お肉は、カルビ、ハラミ、ロースが２枚ずつと、大きな大きな薄切り牛タンが冷凍のまま登場。この冷凍カチカチのままって、どうなんでしょうかね？
付け合わせの小鉢は、ビーフシチュー、コチュジャンで味付けされた冷奴、キムチにオイキムチ。サラダが無い代わりに、ししとうやカボチャのスライスがお肉と共にセッティングされていました。
小鉢はどれも美味。シチューやオイキムチだけでご飯がグングン進みます。ワカメスープは塩気の効き具合が抜群です。高級店だけあって、こういう脇役のレベルは実に高い。
脂ののったカルビやロースの赤身も流石の美味しさ。反面、牛タンは冷凍のままだし、火の通りが速すぎて焦げ付き易く、これは今一つだなぁ。
お料理は全体的に流石の美味しさだったのですが、接客はどの店員さんも高級店とは思えないようなぶっきらぼうな対応。個室の扉は無言で力いっぱいに開け閉め、粗雑に放るように配膳、終始一切お客の顔は見ずに店員さん同士おしゃべりに夢中でした。トラジは都内の何店舗かで食事をしてますが、ここまで酷いなぁと感じたのは初めて。
神田店や麻布十番店は丁寧で好きなんですけどね。サービスのポイントはマイナスさせて頂きました。
