火曜日の12時前、羽田着の午前便で帰国したので乗り換えの秋葉原で寄り道。こちらの路麺店に初めておじゃま。7割程度の客入り。
券売機にて表題を購入。通年で冷しもあるようですので、温かい方を注文。
生そば使用の細麺はコシもあり良い食感。麺量は少なめ。大きめ野菜のタマネギとニンジンで構成されたかき揚げはカラッとしおり、食べ応えもあります。ツユは出汁の香るカエシがキリッとしたバランスの良いもの。標準でワカメが入るところも嬉しいポイント。
