3/15〜28の期間限定メニュー。羊肉が好きなので迷わず注文。通常のつけ麺のように麺の量を追加料金なしで選べる。今回は大盛を選択。
食べてみると羊肉とパクチーが相性の良さに驚く。全体的にスパイスが効いてエスニックな味わい。麺屋武蔵おなじみの太麺もまぜそばの具材と絡み合って良い。珍しそうな赤色の玉葱も美味しくてクセになる。
残念な点は口頭でもSNSでも食べ方の説明がなかったこと。せめてオススメの食べ方くらいは知りたかった。
食べ方の正解がわからず手探りだったけど、羊肉をすき焼き風に卵と絡めて食べるのも、卵をまぜそばにかけるのも良しといったところ。
バクテースープには武仁特有の大きなチャーシューとパクチー。チャーシューが結構なボリュームなので序盤に食べた方が良さそうではあった。
羊肉たっぷりの食べ応え抜群で、この短期間しか食べられないのが惜しい。
自分はパクチーが平気なので全部食べたけど苦手な人は言えば対応してくれるらしい(Xで拝見)。
キャッシュレス決済対応してる点や卓に紙エプロンが用意されてる点は大変ありがたい。
