珍しく在宅勤務終わりに岩本町を攻めてみようと某蕎麦屋に行ってみたら、どうも貸し切り営業中で入るのを断念。
そうして転戦してみたスリランカカレー×ラーメンのトリッキーなお店も目指してみたら満員御礼で行列ができていて断念。
そういや昼飯も転戦に継ぐ転戦だったなぁ。こういう日なのか。なんて日だ。
となると、血を作るために肉を欲する中、そして失敗するのもイヤだなぁ、なんて、彼方の昔、今の部屋に引っ越してきた頃に一回だけ訪れたことのあるこちらで誤魔化そう。
と、訪れてみると、さすが〈武蔵〉。中々の人の入り…と見ていると、目の前のお客さんたちが延々、注文に迷っておられる。
うーん。早くしてくんないかなぁ、と思いながら視界に入った先客の注文が、〈まぜ麺〉。
何。〈武蔵〉にも油そば・まぜそばがあるのか。
ということで、つけ麺のイメージが強い〈武蔵〉の〈拳肉まぜ麺〉です。麺大・にんにくあり。
これが、中々オツ。
もう少し醤油のキレがあるとなお好みだが、濃い口のタレはいい仕上がり。にんにくが仕事していて、絶妙なパンチを加えている。肉もガッチリ食べられるし、麺はモチモチで食べ応えある。
いいじゃないですか。
何より肉＋油そばを追究しているお店は案外少ないので、肉も食べたいけど油そば、みたいなニッチな状況に陥ったら思い出そう。
消去法で追い込まれて飛び込んでみたら、思いもしないまぜそばとの出逢いが待っていた。瓢箪から駒。たまにはこういうこともあっていいだろう。
