上京して間もない頃に一度来た以来の厳虎さん✨あの頃は秋葉に来るのも緊張してたな〜✨
今日は目当てのお店が並んでいたため、ふらふら歩いてなんとなく来てみましたが、平日15:30くらいで店内は5.６割くらいの客入り。
麺屋武蔵は男性店員のイメージでしたが、女性店員さんが明るくお出迎え。お店の雰囲気もなんとなく朗らか✨
今日は濃厚厳虎つけ麺¥1290麺増し無料なので中盛り✨太麺なので茹で時間は少々かかりますね✨
数分で着丼✨まずはスープを一口、、、美味い✨少し甘めで、濃厚なのは脂ではなく出汁が濃厚✨そして麺を潜らせ一口、、美味い✨やはり武蔵さんは普通に麺とスープが美味い✨
お次はベーコン、、むむむ、ベーコンの風味が口いっぱいに広がりますが、こちらは少し硬さが気になる、、とりあえず汁につけて、、めんどくさくなってきたので具材は全部汁入れ✨
とにかく麺とスープが美味い✨チャーシューや玉子ももちろん美味いですが、極太麺と濃厚スープだけで十分なくらい美味い✨
最後はほぼ無くなったスープにスープ割入れて完食✨久々の麺屋武蔵さんでしたが、やはりラーメンはスープと麺が大事だなと痛感✨今度は拳肉も食べてみたい✨
