土曜の朝9時前の訪問になります
レシートを見るとJR四国の系列になるめりけんやさんがやっているのですね
今回はぶっかけうどん並の冷たいものをいただきました
トッピングの天ぷらは何種類かありましたが、朝帯だからかまだ種類はそれほどでもなく今回は見送りに...
冷水でしめられたうどんの上には、レモンと薬味の刻み青ネギが載っています
レモンをぎゅっと絞って天地返しをするように、うどんを下からかき混ぜるとレモン汁を含んだ汁がうどん全体にまとわってきます
レモンの香りをまとったうどんはしっかりとコシもあり、小麦の香りも楽しめる感じでした
量もそこそこにあるので、お腹持ちも良さそうですね
美味しくいただくことができました、ごちそうさまでした
