UDXに向かう途中にお店がありますが，なんとなく未食でした。この日はすぐに入れそうだったので店頭の券売機に。初店券売機左上の法則にしたがい，角煮ばんからラーメンを発券，1,150円。それなりに良いお値段でした。思ったよりも店内奥に広くなっていて，未だ召し上がってないお客さんが結構いたので少し時間かかるかなと思いましたが，待ちは10分程度でした。背脂多いことを覚悟していましたが，見た目思ったよりも少なく感じて一安心。麺は中太麺でしっかりした食感。スープは豚骨醤油ですが，醤油がかなり効いた感じのしょっぱい系。背脂の甘味もあまり感じませんでした。角煮は確かに柔らかいのは確かですが，ジューシーとはいかずぱさつき気味な感じ。中華そばが結構出ていたようなので次回は中華そばを試してみたいと思います。ブログ記事から投稿しました。https://datte2.hatenablog.com/entry/2023/05/30/040000
