秋葉原駅に隣接する商業施設アトレの1階にある、都内を中心に展開している寿司チェーン店の立ち食スタイルの店舗。
握りたての江戸前寿司を、好きなネタを好きなだけをコンセプトにしてて、カウンター越しに職人さんが握ってくれる、鮮度の良いネタと温かいシャリの握りが特長です。
秋葉原という土地柄、外国人にも人気があり行列ができていることが多いです。
この日は、14時半とギリギリランチ時間帯だったので『葵』、追加で『生たこ』を頼みました。
『葵』は、中トロ、赤身、鯛、鯵、赤海老、穴子、いくら、ネギトロ、あと一つ（何の白身かわからない）の９貫＋玉子で、コスパはいいです。
特に、赤海老は大ぶりでメニューの写真と遜色く甘くて美味しかったです。
お味噌汁も、いい出汁が出てて大ぶりのアラが入っていて美味しかったです。
職人さんが目の前で握ってくれるお寿司としては安くて頼みやすいのですが、追加オーダーが2貫づつになるので沢山の種類が楽しめないのは欠点かもしれない。
