It's been a long time since I've had a meal with four of my college friends and juniors. I had a reservation for only the 18:30 seat, but I was the only one who arrived at 17:30. When I asked Damemoto, it looked like they were preparing to open, but they were happy to go. They even gave me towels, and as expected, I ordered draft beer lol. The time came and the three of us gathered, so we started. It's a hassle, so if you order Yakiniku (Grilled meat) platter and the offal platter, you'll be fine. I don't know what the price is, but I trust these two beautiful clerks. Since I was there first, I was curious and ordered beef liver with sesame oil, assorted kimchi, and grilled garlic. This beef liver nanchara is served just as it is in the picture. It was exactly the kind of raw liver that defined an era. (*It is cooked at a low temperature and is served in a legal state.) It is extremely delicious and I keep ordering it again and again. I guess this one is made with hormones, but it was really delicious. The seseri wasabi was so delicious that I ordered it again. For drinks, there is black bean makgeolli. The junior seemed to be drinking it for the first time and was very happy. The price was over 40,000 yen because I didn't do it as a course, but I was satisfied. It was a store that I wanted to come back to.
