秋葉原に行くとこちらのお店に立ち寄りたくなります。
早速店内に入ってカウンター席へ.....
まだまだお盆休みの人が多い岩本町界隈で人気のあるラーメン屋を訪問です。こちらの推しは雷雷麺というもののようでそれにミニチャーシュー丼をつけてお願いします。
出てきた雷雷麺はどろりとした餡がたっぷりと...
評価の高いあたりや食堂の雷々麺。
ラーメンとも、焼きそばとも違うその麺は
柔らかなちゃんぽん麺のような麺を柔らかに茹でて
ピリ辛というか甘辛の餡で和える。
