アキバの酒場で飲んだ後〆にお邪魔した
酒場からは徒歩30秒、スキップ15秒、ダッシュで3秒といったところか
入店して即チューハイ390円を頼んだところ19時24分で断られてしまった
では仕方がない、宮崎らーめん700円を注文
素直にラーメンを食べて帰ろうと思った次第だ
らーめんは白濁したあっさりスープ
鶏白湯と書いてあるし、確かに白いのだけどパイタンスープとは印象が異なる
というと不味いかと思われそうだが
あっさりながら鳥の旨みを十分に活かした美味いスープだと思う
不満は麺
スープとのバランスは良くボリュームも不満はない
なのに麺が柔らかい、柔らかすぎるのだ
美味いスープと出来の良いトッピングを台無しにする茹で過ぎ麺
麺が不味いならその程度の店、と思うが麺もスープも美味い
なのに何故だ、この茹ですぎて伸びて腰砕けの麺は？
勿体無い、これは勿体なさすぎる！！
多加水麺で此処まで茹で過ぎなのはマニュアルが間違ってるのか、
調理を任せられるレベルにない店員に調理を任せているのか？
早急に改善することを期待したい
茹で加減さえ良ければ文句なしの店、たまたまであったことを切に願う
