平日ランチで訪問。
この日は雨が降っていたので、並びなし。
いつもはお昼時に待ちがあるのを見ていたので、
すんなり入れてよかった。
豚骨野郎 880円
厨房からは野菜が炒められていい音がします。
野菜が山に盛られ、豚1枚を添えて提供されました。
スープは濃いめ。
極太ちぢれ麺はごわごわして食べごたえあり。
野菜は黒胡椒がまぶされていて、
野菜だけでも美味しい。
ニンニクやアブラのコールがなかった。
二郎系と違うところ。
このようなラーメンではニンニク補給したかった。
