は？カロリーって何？もうどうにでもなれぃ！
という日が年に十五回ぐらいはある。そんな日はチャッチャ系に限る。土日の出勤の代休がうまくとれず、くたくたの金曜の昼。秋葉原で乗り換えるタイミングで、迷わず向かった。
平日は「麺中盛」か半ライスが無料とのこと。コメありきで来たので、好都合だ。野菜から食べるダイエットを試みるかどうか思案中であることもあり、辛ネギしょうゆラーメン。ダイエットにはタンパク質が欠かせないと聞いているので、味玉を券売機で購入。かなりヘルシーなオーダーとなった。
食べごたえは写真のイメージ通り。ネギ、びっしり。先にネギだけ食べたので、糖質は吸収しなかったと思う。脂をまとった味玉を半ライスの純白のゲレンデにバウンドさせる。もう、ご想像の通りのわんぱく味だ。麺はかみごたえがあり、脂をがしがし食らっている感じがある。そして、脇役のメンマの優しい甘さは特筆すべきだろうと思う。
あすは断食する。
