今日は、金曜日、カレーの日
訪れたのは、秋葉原駅近、カレーの市民アルバ秋葉原本店。
ここのカレーは、金沢カレーだとは知らなかった。

▶︎クリームコロッケ、普通盛(300g)
トッピングは大粒カキフライ
5分もかからず、着皿
ルーは濃厚、色はちょっと濃いめの小麦色、どさっとかけられ、ライスを隠している
ヨーロッパ修行の末に作り出した欧風カレーは、小松工場で作っていて、玉ねぎ、野菜、牛肉をじっくり6時間以上煮込んで深い味わいを出している。
味は辛いというより、カレー味？塩味が強い
キャベツが添えられているが、ドレッシング系は見当たらず…
ステンレス製の舟型の皿は、ヒンドゥー教の教えの影響か？
フォークで食べたいのだが、先割れスプーンとは珍しい…
クリームコロッケはアベレージ
トッピングの大粒カキフライは絶品。
一口食べただけで、広がる磯の香り、海の味。
連れたちも、その香りにイチコロ(笑)
カキフライは、リスペクト&アンコールありと思った。
