事態宣言で夜は最近やっていません。
なので、お昼を見計らって来店
牛タン専門と思ったら、
カキフライと生牡蠣がある。
夏真っ盛りなので、ちょっとやめましたが、
美味しそうだった。
オーダーは牛タンと豚トロねぎ塩焼き定食

まずは、牛タン
分厚くて、歯応えあります。
やわらかい！ っていう感じてはなく
噛み締めるうまさを感じる。
これは当たりです
さらに、豚トロ こちらは柔らかく、
油の旨さもよいよい。
ご飯は麦飯、麦は適切な量で麦すごくなくて良い。
テールのスープはちょっと濃いけど、暑い夏には良いか。
いや、実に食べ応えのある厚切り牛タンでした。
夜も早く開いて欲しい。
ご馳走様でした。

This is p beef tongue shop on the 3rd floor of UDX building in Akihabara. This is my first lunch visit in two years. Same as last time, beef tongue and pork fatty salted green onion set meal Last time it was 980 yen, but after 2 years it is 1230 yen, a 25% increase in price.It can't be helped since it's modern, but...As for the taste, it's a bit salty. I wonder if I've become stronger. The set tail soup was still delicious.
