10年ほど前に仕事の関係で通っていた門前仲町にある叙香苑で良く食べていた焼き餃子をまた食べたいなと思っていたところ、同じ名前のお店が秋葉原、亀戸にもある事に気付いて、早速焼き餃子をいただいてきました。
10年も経つと同じ味かどうか定かではありませんが、この餃子は、皮がやや厚めで、具が多め。挽肉の割合が多く、かぶりつくと肉汁が溢れます。
生ビールとおつまみ一品で550円とコスパ最高なのですが、コスパ重視という訳ではなく、料理もしっかりとしたお店です。
店の場所は違っても、どうやら叙香苑の味は引き継がれているようです。
