年末が近づいたある日のランチ。
半地下の立地に入り難い外観。外からは営業(やって)いるのかいないのかわからないし、入口はまるで会員制のバーのようで一見客を寄せ付けない佇まいなんだ。
僕もこの店は"やってくれなさそう"と思っていて、今まで気にもとめてなかったんだけど、何気に覗いた食べログでね、この店の口コミを見たらナポリタンの書き込みが多いのが気になってサ、訪問する事にしたんだヨ。
店の名前は「カフェ セブン」。裏秋葉原の路地裏にあるカフェとゆーか喫茶店とゆーか？(笑)
ランチタイムのピークを過ぎた13時20分過ぎの入店。先客は4人。だけど、全員カウンター席でグループ来店はいないようだね。
僕はと言えば、カウンター席が埋まっているから必然的にテーブル席なんだけど、出来ればカウンターで調理の様子が見たかったナー。
注文したのは(ランチメニュー)から「Aセット」(1200円)！ハンバーグ＋ハーフナポリタン＋ご飯に味噌汁付きの、"大人様ランチ"ナノダ(爆)。
メニューの「ハンバーグ定食」には注意書きで(15分お待ちいただきます)とあるよ。それって、逆に期待が高まるじゃん！
ホントに20分位待って、セットが到着だよ。
おー、ハンバーグが膨らんでいる！しかもそのハンバーグの頂上から肉汁が滲み出ているゾ。まるで火山のマグマが噴火の瞬間を待っているかのようだ。
ハンバーグの真ん中からナイフを入れると・・・想像を超えて溢れ出た肉汁！お皿は瞬く間に肉汁の海だー！
これはジューシーでしかも肉肉しい旨みのあるハンバーグだ。唯一の欠点は肉汁が多すぎてブラウンソースを薄めちゃうことだな。痛し痒しだネ(笑)。
期待のナポリタンはどうかな？
スバゲッティは普通の太さ。コシ、硬さは普通かな。ケチャップ味がやや強めのナポリタンだ。ソーセージ、ピーマン、玉ねぎ入りは標準的だね。優等生的なナポリタンで普通に美味しいよ。
豆腐の味噌汁は白味噌ベース。いたって普通。
ご飯の炊き加減は丁度良いね。お茶碗に普通盛りだけど、おかわりが２回まで無料なのが嬉しいじゃない。
食後に「ランチコーヒー」(150円)を追加。
苦味、コク等は普通かな。酸味はあまりなく、甘みは普通で呑みやすいね。ランチコーヒーにチョコレート付きなんて嬉しいサービスだなぁ。
ごちそうさま。入り難い外観が新規客を遠ざけているようだけれど、十分常連客だけで営業が成り立っているようだね。確かにこの店はあまり教えたくない隠れ家的な店で、自分だけで内緒にしたい気持ちになるよ。これは再訪決定だ。
