当店は三井記念公園近くにあり、ランチは洋食を、
夜はちょい飲みのお店。
マスターは49歳で脱サラして当店をオープン。
夜は「深夜食堂」のような店を目指しているそうです。
13:30近くに訪問すると、先客2組。
店内は13席程と、こじんまりとした空間。
ひとりだと告げるとカウンター席に案内されました。
ランチメニューはハンバーグ（1,000円）やナポリタン（800円）、
半熟オムライス（850円）など洋食メニューで構成されていて、
13:00以降だと、エビピラフ（750円）や
焼きカレー（1,150円）などのメニューもオーダーが可能です。
私はなんとなく半熟オムライスに惹かれ、オーダー。
ただ、先客は豚の生姜焼き（950円）をオーダーしている人が多かったです。
オーダーを終えるとお冷が出てきました。
グラスの底がカラフルでかわいい。
先にサラダが出てきました。
サラダはキャベツの千切りのみ。
ドレッシングは胡麻ドレッシングです。
ミニサイズですが、キャベツが山のように盛られているサラダでした。
サラダが出てきたら、すぐに半熟オムライスが登場。
トロっとした玉子の生地に、デミグラスソースがかかっています。
玉子の生地の内側に潜んでいるライスは、ケチャップライス。
単なるケチャップライスかと思いきや、玉葱、マッシュルーム、鶏肉、
グリーンピース、コーン、人参と一緒に炒められたケチャップライスでした。
味は玉子の甘味を邪魔しない、控えめなケチャップライスで
デミグラスソースは濃すぎず甘すぎず。
バランスのいいオムライスでした。
ボリュームは本来だったら、足りない量ですが
この日、腰を痛めて、コルセットをしていたので
タイミング的にはちょうどいいボリュームでした（笑）
マスターは寡黙に調理をしていますが
お店の雰囲気はアットホームで、なかなかいいお店でした。
