memorandum. Regular visit for the first time in 2 months. Today, we have a rich cheddar demi Hamburg for 1,100 yen. I slipped into a seat at the end of the counter. The office lady next door is using two smartphones with her left hand as she eats taco rice topped with hot eggs. Rather than saying it's a bad event, I wonder what an office lady who doesn't look like a salesperson is using two smartphones for. Last time, the air conditioning was bad and it was hot, so I was annoyed, but the store staff remembered and apologized politely. Increases likability. There's no point in coming here at night. Thank you for a delicious meal today.

備忘録 もはやこの暑さで思考停止。近所の定期訪問の店にカチコミました。店内は、ヒエヒエと思いきやカウンターはむわっとして汗が滲みます。サーキュレーターの音はせど冷気は感じない残念です。食事は間違いないです。美味し。

今日も天気が悪いですなჱ̒ ｰ̀֊ｰ́ )。こんな日は、カラ元気出して行きましょ。昨日が和食でしたので本日は夜はスペインバルのこちらにしました。本日は、満席でラスト1席のカウンターに滑り込み。オーダーは、濃厚チェダーチーズのデミグラハンバーグあ1.100円にしました。お時間かかるとの事。大丈夫ですとお返事。あんまり待たずに、到着。いつも通りぐつぐついってます。いつもの煮込みハンバーグにチーズトッピングなんで味の詳細は省きますね。今日も美味しかったです。次回は、ローストビーフにしましょうかね。
備忘録。定期訪問店の為特にコメントはないです。こだわりのデミグラスの煮込みハンバーグ。1.000円。以下、メニューからの引用です。スペイン産最高級葡萄品種、テンプラニーリョをベースに、カカオなどを加えた特製デミグラスソースでじっくり煮込みました。 はい、グツグツで提供されます。本当に、ソースが美味しいです。デミに葡萄の酸味が加わって味に深みがあります。まだ、夜のちょい飲み訪問が出来てないので宿題店でもあります。ムール貝食べたいんです。

ワンオペなんだけどら今日はスマートな女性のワンオペです。12時10分には満席。ここはワンオペながらちゃんとした料理が出ます。煮込みハンバーグはソースが美味い。ご飯が固めで美味い。もちろん御時世ですからハンバーグは、サイズダウン。葉っぱも、減量仕様。でも、美味い店はやっぱり満席。
ランチ利用。幸せのローストビーフプレート1100円。ライスは雑穀米固めで好み。ローストビーフはかなり薄いです。スライサーでカットされたもので、肉の量も男子にはチト物足りないです。ソースは抜群に美味しいです、あとはお肉の食べ応えが残念。ランチでは、煮込みハンバーグが一押しですね。
ランチで利用。アボガドと牛肉の醤油漬け。800円。ワンプレートで具は雑穀米の上にアボガドと小さくカットされた牛肉が鎮座。味は美味しいが肉の量は少なめかな。ランチローテ入りは確定。
再訪 こだわりのデミグラス煮込みハンバーグ。ワンプレートです。デミグラスはワインの風味がありとても美味しいです。900円。次回は、ローストビーフプレートをいただく予定。ちなみに、ハンバーグは、ソースがグツグツいっていて、オーブンから出したてって感じ。
