ＪＲ秋葉原駅の改札の正面の建物の４階にガストを発見。
早朝７時過ぎ。開いてるみたいなんで、エレベーターでガストへ。
ヘルシーに和食とドリンクバーとしよう。
根菜具だくさん味噌汁定食４９９円でドリンクバー付き。いいね。
６４１キロカロリー（ドリンクバー除く）だそうだ。
納豆をこねて、オンザ ライス。かきこむ。
ん、日本人に生まれてよかったを実感するタイミング。

豚肉が入ってる。豚汁じゃん。
意外と油が気になる。根菜を炒めた油か？豚バラ肉の脂か？
二日酔いのワシには意外とキツイ。
小鉢のひじきも、オンザ ライス。

ちょっと甘めの味付けだが、良きごはんの友である。
