昨日のジョブチューン巡りって訳でもないが娘とスシローへ。
オーダーしたのは、炙りにしん(150円 脂が強い。にしん好きなんだがおろしポン酢でものせてくれた方がいい)、ふぐの白子の天ぷらにごり(210円 衣がちょっと大きいが白子は旨い)X2
娘は鰻の蒲焼、煮穴子、炙り穴子とかいつも変わらず。
とらふぐ3種盛りがタブレットでは済み扱いになってもまだ出てきていないのでスタッフに言ったらちょっと時間がかかると言われ、同じく昨日の評価が高かった鯛だし塩ラーメン(410円)もオーダー。麺は全粒粉と言っていたがちょっと茹で過ぎで、スープは鯛出汁もきいてはいるが、グルタミン酸の味が強めに感じた。
やっととらふぐ3種盛り(1060円 アラ唐揚げ ゼリーポン酢和え とらふぐ皮湯引き 一味醤油炙り にぎり)
が来た。アラ唐揚げは娘も食べた。にぎりはとらふぐの身が厚めに切られていてしっかりした歯応えがあって美味しかった。
