久しぶりに秋葉原にある名店に訪問！
麺とスープ、トッピングはどれも完璧に旨かったー。
夜20時半に寄ってみたら15人ほど並んでいた。すぐ入れるかなと思いきや30分ほど待ったかな。
今回は特製醤油ラーメンの中盛りを注文。
スープは不思議な旨み、なんだろう椎茸などのキノコのうまみ？麺はつるつるストレート細麺で食感もあり麦の風味がしっかりある。
特製は色んなチャーシューがあり、鳥のチャーシューはスパイシーな味わい、あと高級ハムのような塩味が強いハムなど美味しいくバラエティ豊富で飽きがない。
煮卵も半熟ジューシー！
中盛りにしたけど普通でも結構量がありそうかも、かなりお腹いっぱいになりました。
