秋葉原の本社近くにオープンした＂国産野菜と溶岩石グリルのお店 ＺＡＫＩ＂さん✨
ちょっと気になっていて訪問してみました。

夜はステーキとかお肉メインのお店らしく、ランチもお肉を全面に出されています。
新メニューとのポップが目に入ってアボガドとローストビーフ丼をチョイスしました。

サラダがたっぷりなのが一人暮らしには嬉しいです
しかもスープが美味しい✨
お肉からダシを取っているのかなぁ…。

そして何よりローストビーフの肉質とボリューム❗️
かなり柔らかくジューシーな肉質でお肉自体、かなり美味しい❗️
部分部分にソースが３種類掛かっているけど、バルサミコが一番好きかな…。
肉の下にご飯が入っている（丼だから当たり前だけど）、そのご飯がただの白ご飯では無い？
リゾットみたいに少しスープで煮込んで有る？

アボガドとのコラボはアボガドに合うソースでは無いと思われ、アボガド自体は無くても良いかも…。
でもメインのローストビーフ自体がとても美味しかったので、凄く満足感が高い一品でした。

先週に引き続いて２回目の訪問。
前回はローストビーフ丼でしたが、今回は#厚切りもち豚ロースのポークジンジャー を頂きました。

相変わらずのたっぷり野菜
今日も美味しい暖かいスープ
そしてメインのジンジャーポークはモチモチと柔らかくジンジャーソースもバッチリ
その上、色んな温野菜がサラダ以外に添えられている
これが美味しいんだよー

コーヒーも付いて、これで900円❗️
一緒に食べた同僚や取引先も『これは美味い』と喜んでくれました
