ランチ時はいつも行列ができる狭いお店です。
サラダのプレートがいつも山盛りで葉っぱを食べた満足感があります。
お肉プレートの種類はたくさんあるのですが、メインはローストビーフでしょうか。ここであえてポークソテー950円を選択。
カボチャやレンコンなどの温野菜とともに運ばれてきたポークソテーは今まで食べたことないくらいに柔らかいのです。
低温調理なのかな？柔らかさだけでなく、お肉の脂身の甘さも感じます。オニオンのソースも辛すぎずいい塩梅です。
お米は五穀米のような少し米以外も入った色つきのご飯、残念だったのは少し固かったことでしょうか、おかわりしてみたのですが、やっぱり固かったです…
スタッフさんの接客はかなりよいです。狭くても回転率よく、案内も気持ちよいです。
