秋葉原駅昭和通り口から北上。
一本入った路地にオープンスタイルのバルっていうのかな。
おしゃれな感じだけど入りやすいお店があって気になっていたのでランチで訪れました。
日替わりのおすすめがあるというのでそれにしてみました。
ローストビーフ丼的なものらしいがそういえばローストビーフってご飯との相性があまり良くない気がするんです。
おいしいかなとは思うのですがお米と赤身の脂のないお肉とご飯をタレでつなぐ感じ。
やってきたローストビーフ丼もやはり卵でつなぐ感じかと口に運んだら
なんとローストビーフの陰にコンビーフが仕込んであった。
なるほどこの手があったか。
どうしても淡白になりがちな赤身肉をコンビーフの脂とタレで補強。
フライドオニオンの香りがこれは良い。
この工夫はなかなか素晴らしいぞ。
どこかから持ってきたのかここで編み出されたのかは分からないが
今までのローストビーフ＋ライスの致命的弱点を克服してくるレシピだ。
これは夜も期待できるな。
美味しかったよしかも勉強になった！
