秋葉原にあるビストロ「国産野菜と溶岩石グリルのお店ZAKI」。
珍しい国産野菜のバーニャカウダや溶岩石グリルで低温調理される黒毛和牛、産直野菜と高級銘柄豚｢林SPFポーク｣が自慢のお肉ビストロ。
店主さんは、山崎さん。そこからのお名前“ビストロザキ”さんと。
他にもお肉は、黒毛和牛を筆頭に、もち豚、ラム、など多彩なラインナップ。

開店前に、暑いからとお店に入れてくださる気配りのきいたサービス。

【サラダ】
「バーニャカウダ」
産地直送の三浦野菜。じゃがいも、胡瓜、キャベツ、人参、赤大根、どれもみずみずしく、しゃきしゃきと良い食感。
バーニャカウダソースも抜群に美味しい。
【スープ】
「コンソメスープ」
【お惣菜屋&サラダ】
どっさりとサニーレタス、いろいろきのこのソテー、スパゲッティのマヨネーズサラダ、ハム、ゆで卵。
きのこのソテーには椎茸、もやし、しめじなどが入り、シンプルながら、超美味。( ‘ч’ )
【メイン】
「塩麹に漬け込んだ柔らかチキンプレート」
柔らかな鶏の胸肉に、玉ねぎ醤油ソース。これが、トマトのみじん切りも入って、程よい酸味と玉ねぎの甘さのバランスが絶妙。
チキンにうまく寄り添うソースでした。

もちもちと美味しいお米です。

今は、別料金増えましたから、ありがたい。
気になった、パパ直伝のカレー。なんとパパさまも、根津で、お洒落なイタリアンバル“あひーじょバル山ぶどう”を経営されていらっしゃるそうです。
シェフもスタッフも、気持ち良い応対される、秋葉原の会社員さんたちのオアシス的な存在。
駅から少し離れているせいか、観光客がいなくて静か。それでも、ヨドバシカメラからはすぐの位置なので、ランチに困ったら、おすすめです。
