平日12時過ぎ訪問
いつも並んでいるかほぼ満席か位混んでるけど
珍しく空席が目立つ
あ、お盆休みだからか
せっかく空いてるから入ってみよう～
カウンターに着席
お茶が出てくる。
注文するのを横で待たれている
なんも決めないで入ってしまったので焦る
パッと目に入った餃子6個と水餃子5個の合盛り定食にする
ご飯は少なめで
待つこと数分で到着
はや！
焼餃子に関しては焼き溜めしといて温め直したんだろう
全然熱々ではない餃子
羽根が中途半端に付いているが、しなっとしていて1ミリもパリッとしてない。羽根の意味…
ゆらんの大きな口で一口でいける
餡と皮の間に空間ありまくりのスカスカ
なのでパクパクいける。だからパクパク餃子なのか
水餃子はにんじん、もやし、ネギの入ったスープに入っている
うすいコンソメスープみたいな味
味噌ダレは水餃子用なのかな
特に説明受けておらず？？
この味噌付けたらなんでも旨くなるやつ
ただ少量なので水餃子五個がギリ
ご飯少なめでも残してしまった
いくら軽めの餃子でも11個はキツい～
卓上に胡椒がないため、昨今流行りの酢胡椒で食す事はできません
ゆらんはいつも辣油のみだから良いけど
しかしいつも混んでるのが不思議
安くてボリューミーだから？
もしかして餃子以外が人気なの？
餃子、ゆらんの方が上手に焼ける気がする…
