秋葉原駅徒歩１分のニューウエーヴな回鍋肉専門店。
全席半個室で12～３席ほど。
券売機で紙チケットを購入。
最近メニューに加わったと言う「禁断×禁断 禁断の背油チャーハン・スープ・高菜セット」990円に惹かれたものの・・
やはり看板メニューの「和風回鍋肉定食」1090円をポチっとな。
拘りの出汁を使ったスープは、目からウロコが落ちる美味しさ。
小皿の高菜も旨い。
回鍋肉のタレは、愛知県カクキュー社の2年物八丁味噌に、豚骨・鶏ガラスープ、熊本県南天草・牛深産煮干し、高知県土佐清水産宗田ガツヲの出汁を合わせいるとな。。
この回鍋肉は、ずいぶん優しい味だなあ。
中華料理店のパンチの効いた味とは違う。
これが「和風」なのか。。うんうん。
ネギとキャベツは、ご飯との相性が良く、かなり美味しかった( ´∀｀ )／ぽん
