本当に久しぶりに、秋葉原ランチ。
今日は、たん清のタンシチューをテイクアウト。
こちらは夕食にいただきますので、秋葉原近辺でランチを。
12月10日にオープンしたばかりのこちらに行ってみましょう。
11時40分入店、先客なし、後客2人。
タッチパネルで注文、入店前に決めていたカルビセットをオーダー。
サラダが出て来ましたので、食べながら待つこと3分程度で提供。
出てきたのは、カルビ、中華スープ、ライス、キムチ的な漬け物がないのはちと寂しいですね。
カルビは8枚、サシがしっかり入ったカルビには、丁寧に隠し包丁が。
食べると脂がしっかり載っていて、肉の甘みが感じられる。
玉ねぎとコーンの入った中華スープは、めっちゃ熱々で、胡椒がしっかり効いていておいしい。
小食にはちょうどいい分量、キムチがあれば最高だったかなぁ～
お腹いっぱい満足さん。
