以前から気になっていたトンカツ屋で、これまた気になっていた
数量限定 黒豚柔らか極特上ロースとんかつ150ｇをいただきました。
肉質がとても密度が高く、しっかり揚げてありますがとても柔らかく、
ロース肉ではありますが、脂身は少な目。
岩塩と、ソースで頂きました。ブランド肉の黒豚は風味もよく、薄めでカリッとした衣とよく合ってとても美味しかったです。
ブランド豚をお手頃な価格で食べれるので、お奨めです。
