日曜日の11時、JR秋葉原駅電気街口から数分
オープン数分前に到着しオープン後入店
既に前には3名の先客様が
店舗内の券売機で温かい肉そば並1,100円をポチッ
前回は冷たい肉そばだったので今回は温かい方を
スタッフは3名のオペレーション
食券を買うとスタッフからこちらでどうぞと場所を促される、港屋2でも奥からと食べる場所を指定されるので同じシステムか
程なく着丼
温かい肉そばは、お肉やネギがお汁の中に入ってる
生卵はデフォで付属
麺は勿論生麺、港屋或いは港屋インスパイア系の中でも1番太くて平べったい
麺のコシも強く、噛みごたえがすごい
ただこんなにプルプルしてたかな？変わったのか？
お蕎麦にしてはモチモチ感がかなりある
お汁は毎度のラー油入りの辛め
最後に蕎麦湯を入れてお汁を頂き
ご馳走様でした！
