こだわり①『その時一番おいしい肉を選び旨いをお届けする』 |
ハラミステーキ 200g（1705円）をいただきました。
「レアでお持ちしますので、鉄板でよく焼いてからお召し上がり下さい。当店オリジナルのソースがお勧めです。」とのことだだったので、初訪問であることからその通りで食べてみました。
ハラミ肉ですが、少々バサついていて、噛んで肉汁がジュワッとする感じはありませんでした。
オリジナルソースは、特に感激する程でもなく。
肉自体にさほど旨味を感じないので、塩コショウよりソースで食べた方が良いかも。
接客は良かったので、食事そのものは気持ちよくできました。
