キムチナムルの盛り合わせとねぎ塩牛タンからスタート
牛タンの見た目の厚さからは想像していないほどの弾力と憎々しさスタートダッシュしすぎじゃない?と少し不安に
ユッケは肉肉しさも残しつつ黄身と絡んで甘ーい
ユッケ寿司は1個が想像以上に大きくて沢庵が一緒に叩かれてるのかな?食感も最高♡
炙り牛はお店の方が焼いてくれます。お皿の温度でさえ溶けてるお肉は鉄板に乗るや否やすけちゃって(////)
大判なのでまずはそのまま、その後卵と1口分に乗せられたお米を包み込んでパク( 'ч' )お口がお肉海で溺れそうです
豪華プレートに乗ってきたお肉さんたち、、
サーロインの油が甘いのだけど程よくてこんな1切れ食べていいのと怖い。その他もさすがの美味しさで
特に網つくねはつくねというか高級な1口ハンバーグ!歯のないおばあちゃんもびっくりのやわらかさでした笑
お口直しのサラダもGood
バジルチキンはお肉がむっちりしていてそこままでも十分美味しい♡けどチーズとの相性は言わずもがな
ただチーズがあまり絡みにくいのが難点。あとこのタイミングで来るならもう少し味の濃さを抑えてもいいかなとも思いました。
1本ハラミはすごく綺麗に筋をたってくれていてこんなに柔らかくていいんですか!と切る時も食べる時も感動( T꒳T)ただ、バター醤油かな?につけるのは個人的には良さを感じなかったです
やっぱり〆は冷麺！！氷結冷麺という名前の通りシャリシャリのスープで冷えた麺!もっちりはりもあって噛み切りやすい。この冷麺うま！！
最後にでスープとデザートでfinish▶
デザートのプリンもカラメルが程よい苦味でとろーんと重力抵抗一切ないこのプリンと絡み合って最高です
とにもかくにも目口鼻五感全てで楽しく幸せを感じられるお料理でした。
そして何より店員さんが素敵。。ひとつひとつ丁寧で、お客さんの前でもアルバイトのこ?にきちんと指導している店長さんかな?
これから忙しくなっても歴が長くなっても続けて欲しい。こうした店員さんの行動や仕草、雰囲気がお店を1層魅力的にさせるよな。と改めて感じた時間でもありました
今度は単品でおすすめのお肉とかも食べたいな
