秋葉原でおいしい焼肉屋を紹介いただき、同僚と訪問。
インバウンド客でにぎやかな秋葉原の街中。
できたばかりのきれいなビルの中にあります。
エレベータを降りるとすぐお店で、
とても心地よいお出迎えで、気持ちも上がる。
この日は人気NO.1の
うしはちコース６，４９０円（税込）と
飲み放題２，２００円（税込）
を注文。
まずはビールで乾杯。
ビールはサッポロ黒ラベル。
コース１品目は
キムチ盛り合わせ。
もやしナムル、ほうれん草ナムル、キムチの盛り合わせ。
さっぱりしたナムルとキムチが程よく酒のつまみに。
次は
UMAHACHIユッケ。
新鮮なお肉を使っているので、安心。
卵の黄身を混ぜていただきます。
次が
いくら肉寿司。
いくらとお肉を海苔で巻いていただきます。
温かいご飯がまた良い。
絶妙のバランスで美味。
次に究極の上タン塩。
タンは生で絶品。生肉ならではの食感がたまらない。
次に名物トロ肉３秒炙り。
その名の通り３秒ほど炙って食べられる、部位を最初はそのまま。
次に卵の黄身と絡めて、最後にご飯と一緒に食べる一品。
３通りの食べ方を楽しめる至極の一品。
次はうしはちグリーンサラダ。
さっぱりとしたグリーン中心のサラダです。
そして
黒毛和牛一頭盛。（厳選肉６種、新鮮ホルモン２種）と牛の部位をまんべんなく楽しめる一品。
盛り方もユニークで、これがまた食欲をそそる。
カメノコ、リブ芯などの希少部位から上ハラミ、上ミノなどの部位まで、
あますとこなく楽しめるこれは楽しい一品です。
カメノコ、マクラは初体験でしたが、控えめで個性的。
次にスープ。
これまでのお肉の感じを一度リセットしてくれる感じ。
そして冷麺。
冷麺のスープを凍らせていて、
冷たくかつ、味が薄まらない工夫でいただきます。
途中キムチを入れて味変も楽しめる！
〆のデザートは
絹ごしホームメイドプリン。
まさかこんなデザートが出るとは思ってなかったので
びっくり。手作りで滑らかかつちょうどよい甘さのプリン。
これは女性も喜んでくれそうなデザート。
料理の中身も、またスタッフの方々の応対も非常によく、
値段以上の価値のあるお店だと感じました。
色々な用途で使えると思います。
