JR東日本のスタンプラリー中に秋葉原あたりでお肉食べたいなとなりネットでピンと来て訪問しました。
今回は飲み放題付き【うしはちコース】料理全10品付きをお願いしました。
いただいたお料理は以下です。

■ キム・ナム盛り
→もやしナムル、ほうれん草ナムル、白菜キムチです。お酒のおつまみにちょっとずついただきました。
■ USHIHACHIユッケ
→生姜と卵黄を混ぜていただきました。肉に卵黄の甘みと生姜の相性が良くユッケ好きには堪らないです。
■ いくら肉寿司
→海苔を巻いていただきました。お肉とイクラの豪華な共演でとても美味しいです。
■ 究極の上タン塩
→タン元薄焼き、薄焼きならではの食感です。こちらは焼き過ぎ注意です。サラッと焼くのが良いと思いました。
■ 名物 とろ肉３秒炙り
→一口目はそのまま、二口目は卵黄と、最後はライスとともにいただきました。一つのお料理で３つの食べ方を堪能できるとは贅沢の極みです。
■ うしはちグリーンサラダ
→チョレギサラダで箸休めになりました。
■黒毛和牛一頭盛り(厳選肉6種･新鮮ホルモン2種)
→三角バラ、上ミノ、サーロイン、シマチョウ、上ハラミ、ウチモモ、ハバキ、リブマキでした。
三角バラはタレ、上ミノはタレ、サーロインがワサビ塩、シマチョウ味噌ダルそのまま、上ハラミタレ、ウチモモは塩ワサビ、ハバキはタレ、リフまきはタレ
でいただきましたが全部美味しくて大満足です。
■ 生姜と和牛出汁の一口スープ
→何か具材を入れて鍋にしたいくらいのテーストです。単品にしておくのがもったいないです。
■ 氷結しこしこ冷麺
→お好みでカクテキ、氷が出汁で鰹だしです。カクテキ入れないです鰹だし、入れたらカクテキと鰹出汁が混じりあって美味しいです。
■ 絹ごしホームメイドプリン
→〆のデザートです。お肉で満足したお腹でも別腹までペロリでした。
こちらをチョイスして本当に良かったです。
お料理は美味しいし、店員さんも親切で大満足です。
また秋葉原でお肉を食べたくなったら行きたいと思います。
