今日は秋葉原店でいただきます。
上質な黒毛和牛雌牛一頭買いで実現する美味しさとコスパです。
ここ秋葉原店ははじめて。楽しみにやってきました。
中央通り沿い。ドン・キホーテの先のビル4F。
エレベーターを降りるとそのまま店内。
ゆったりめの感覚でテーブルが配置されていて、他店舗同様明るくおしゃれな店内です。

まろやかなUSHIHACHIユッケ。しょうがとネギが良いアクセント。
味も食感も良いいくら肉寿司。こない大葉と海苔が良い仕事してます。
究極の上タン塩、食感といい味といい、間違いのない一品ですね。
名物とろ肉3秒炙りは網からはみ出るサイズ。一口目はそのまま。二口目は卵にからめて。最後にご飯を巻いて肉巻き。とろける柔らかさと肉の甘さ、卵のまろやかさ。名物たる所以です。
グリーンサラダで口の中をリセットしたら、
黒毛和牛一頭盛り。いつ見ても階段盛りはテンション上がりますね。
シマチョウ、上ミノ、ミスジ、ハバキ、カメノコ、上ハラミ、サーロイン、カイノミの8種。
お店の方のおすすめ通りこの順番でいただきました。
どの部位も美味しい。上質な肉です。

次の肉を焼く前に、レモンで網の焦げを落としてから牛脂を塗るのがUSHIHACHI 流。
シャーベット状の出汁をシャリシャリ混ぜながらいただく氷結しこしこ冷麺も相変わらず美味しい。
デザートのプリンはなめらか絹ごし。このプリンも好きなんです。
見た目でわかる上質な肉。
一頭買いだからできるリーズナブルさ。
肉の旨さ、お店の雰囲気、気持ちの良いスタッフのサービス。流石です。USHIHACHIさん。
