焼肉だけでなく、個室居酒屋でもホルモンをついついオーダーしてしまう私。
この日は寒かったのもあり、もつ鍋をオーダーしました。
あとチャンジャも。これは呑兵衛に欠かせないおつまみｗ！
個室なので、遠慮なく語り合えて、あったまったので良かったわぁ。
やっぱり寒い日は鍋ですね。
それも唐辛子をたっぷり入れたピリ辛なのが嬉しい。
お腹の中から温まり、モツのぷるぷるコラーゲンで明日の朝はお肌ぷるぷるになると良いな。
早い時間から空いている居酒屋検索したところ、駅近のこちらがヒット。
とりあえず行ったことのないお店に行ってみたかったから行ってみることに。
壁の絵柄が珍しく、お正月らしい華やかな感じでした。
オーダーはイマドキのタッチパネル、セルフオーダーシステム。
これが間違いなくて良いよね。
デザートも食べれないほどもつ鍋でお腹いっぱいになりました。
クリアなスープ、そして熱々のもつ鍋、美味しゅうございました。
自宅ではできないものを外で食べるようにしています。
もつ鍋は家ではちょっと下ごしらえが大変かな。
自宅で昔やったところ、鍋にたっぷりの脂肪がついて洗うのが大変だったから。
居酒屋さんが助かります。
