I visited this place, which has a very good location and is almost directly connected to Akihabara Station. Even though it was a weekday, I visited at 4pm and there were a few customers here and there. I ordered Cow tongue Steak, lean horse meat, octopus ponzu, and enjoyed beer, shochu, and whiskey. The Cow tongue Steak was thick and high-quality meat, and had a sweet seasoning, but it might be interesting to serve it unglazed with salt. The lean horse meat was slightly frozen, so it felt fresh and could be served cold. Taco ponzu sauce contains a large amount of cucumber and can be enjoyed as a cucumber snack. When it comes to cooking, the restaurant recommends Cow tongue, which was thick and delicious. There were many types of alcohol available, and we were able to quickly serve them using the touch panel. We had standard shochu such as Aka Touma and Tomino Takarazan, which we could enjoy to the fullest.The bottled beer was also premium malts, so we enjoyed it.Thank you for your meal.
