Shakariki is a Japanese Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in Akihabara, Tokyo. Today is also an oden shop. It's a very clean store, probably just opened. And, unusually for Akihabara, the inside of the store is not noisy. There are a lot of sake menus. It seems like there is one type for each prefecture. I ordered Nara Harushika and Umesuisho for sake, and daikon, shirataki, and beef tendon for oden. Even when I come to Tokyo, I still drink Nara sake. . . First comes the protrusion. It consists of boiled conger eel, fried egg, and salted squid. Well, it's the perfect accompaniment for sake. This is well done. If it was going to stick out, I didn't need the plum crystal. . . Oden appeared after more than 15 minutes. The dashi is thin, so I guess you could call it Kansai style. The radish is well stewed and piping hot. Delicious. The same goes for shirataki. Another 5 minutes passed and the beef tendon appeared. This is a type with a skewered membrane. This is also soft and stewed. Next, I ordered draft beer, oden, kurumafu, ganmo, and taro. The food was served again in about 15 minutes. . . After another 5 minutes for the taro. All of them are delicious, especially the ganmo, which has both the freshly fried feel and the taste of the soup stock. Two small taro. The sticky and soft texture is reminiscent of New Year's. The food is perfect, but I wonder why the food is served so slowly even though it's not crowded. I left with this question. Thank you for the meal.
