平日水曜日の18時30分に入店。予約していました。
味は美味しいに決まっているし多くの人が口コミに書いているので、私は一連の流れをお伝えします。
私は一人で行きましたが、勇気を出して行って良かった。
入ったら下足番のおじさんに名前と予約している旨を伝えます。靴を脱ぐと店員さんがこちらへどうそーとお二階へご案内。ついて行けばオッケー。
今回はコースなので、座ったら飲み物だけ注文します。
すぐに飲み物とすき焼き用の備長炭と鉄鍋、お肉と野菜が来ます。黙って見てましょう。
最初は店員さんが作ってくれます。その所作はまさに老舗。卵の割り方とか、グツグツの割り下が客にかからないように皿でカバーしてくれたり。素晴らしい。
あとはほったらかしにしてくれます。
備長炭なので火加減の調整ができません。もりもり食べましょう。
ひと鍋が食べ終わったら、今度は自分で作ります。並べて割り下をかけるだけですが。ふた鍋目はつくねのすき焼き。これも美味しい。
卵は事前に2つもらえるので、ここで使ってOKです。全部食べ終わったら、呼び出しボタンで店員さんを呼んで締めを選びます。おじやか親子丼セットか。
親子丼セットにしました。あれ？お肉と卵を残しておかないとダメだった？全部食べちゃったけど…、
と心配になりましたが、親子丼セットには別にお肉と卵が用意されてるので、全部食べてよいです。
むしろ、親子丼用のお肉は初回のお肉より多いです。これも店員さんが作ってくれます。
ご飯も持ってくれるので、親子丼の頭を盛って食べます。
食べ終わったら、店員さんを呼んでお会計。お会計は席で済ませます。
お帰りも店員さんが玄関まで案内してくれるので、安心です。
今まで外観の敷居が高すぎて躊躇していましたが、行ってよかった。エンターテイメントとして楽しめました。みんなに自慢できます。
