鳥すきやき『ぼたん』創業125年老舗の味わい❗️
淡路町と小川町駅から徒歩2分の場所にある神田須田町1丁目。戦災を免れた「奇跡のトライアングル」も言われる一角に、100年以上の木造建造物の「神田まつや」「いせ源」「竹むら」そして『ぼたん』があり、これらの建物は東京都選定歴史的建造物に指定されている。
『ぼたん』は1897年創業 (明治30年)の老舗の鳥すきやきの名店で、池波正太郎など多くの文人達などにも愛されてきた。
今夜は仕事仲間と久しぶりに『ぼたん』に訪問し、創業125年の老舗の鳥すきやきを堪能した。

◉店の暖簾をくぐると、今は珍しくなった半纏を羽織った下足番の男性が履き物を預かってくれる。
店内はまるで昭和の時代へタイムスリップしたかのような雰囲気があり、備長炭を使ったコンロの鉄鍋で美味い鳥すき焼きが頂ける。
いろんな人を『ぼたん』にお連れしてきたが、皆んな感動の声を上げて喜んでくれる。
歴史を紡いできた鳥すき焼きの味わいもさる事ながら、女性スタッフのサービスも行き届いた素晴らしいお店である。

お店では新鮮な鶏肉のムネ、モモ、砂肝、レバー、皮と野菜をなどを鉄鍋に入れて、グズグズ煮ながら絶品な鳥すき焼きが頂ける。
