甘だれに鶏肉を煮込んで卵に絡めて食べる鶏肉のすき焼きは、昔ながらで素朴な鶏肉の旨みを味わってきました。
ノスタルジックで非日常で珍しい食事はワクワク体験です。
神田駅から秋葉原駅の中間あたりで立派な古民家風なお店。歴史を感じるたたずまい。
座敷に案内されると座布団に据え膳が準備され座って食べるスタイル。昔はこうやってご飯を食べたのだろう。
熱々の炭と鉄板が運ばれて、はじめは鍋に入れて焼いてもらいます。鶏肉が煮えたら溶いた卵に付けて食べる、鶏肉うま〜！！
甘辛のたらは結構濃いめかな、鶏肉が甘く卵と合う！ネギ、白滝、豆腐も旨い！
2回目はつくねと他の具材は同じで自分たちで入れる。つくねもコリコリ食感があり旨いー！
3回目は1回目と同じ内容で自分たちで入れる。味が濃いと思ったけどどんどん食べれてしまう。卵のおかわりがあるのがありがたい。
最後にご飯があり、鍋のタレをかけるつゆかけ、鍋でご飯を煮るおじや、そして親子丼が選べる。昔はつゆかけのみだったとか。
今回はつゆかけとおじやを半々でお願いしました。
つゆかけは甘いタレがみたらし団子風で昔のデザート風かな。おじやは卵がふわふわになってコクウマでした。
最後のデザートはデコポンを丸ごと渡されたのは面白い。みんなで剥きながら食べるデコポンは美味しかった。
昔ながらの老舗でいつもと違う雰囲気で食べるご飯はちょっとしたタイムスリップ感で非日常の良い体験でした。
