この日は神田にある『伊勢 本店』にランチで伺いました。
ランチでは焼き鳥屋さんが作る卵がトロトロの親子丼をいただくことができます。
お肉も程よい歯ごたえがあり噛みしめると旨味が溢れます。
お米も柔らかすぎず卵と絡んで美味しいですね。
