座席にはクッションが敷かれ、座敷もあるので、とてもすごしやすそうな空間です。
プルコギビビンバ900円をオーダーです。
およそ5分ほどで料理がきます。
おかず3品と、わかめスープと、メインのプルコギビビンバです。
おかず3品はそれぞれ個性がありながらもバランスがよいです。
家庭料理ならではの工夫がみられます。
キムチは辛さ控えめでした。
辛切り干し大根は食感がシャキシャキで、結構辛めです。
マカロニの和え物は、実はりんごが入っており、辛さを和らげてくれます。
わかめスープは、結構濃い味です。
プルコギビビンバは、少し味が物足りないですが、ボリュームは十分です。
野菜類も、もやしや小松菜、人参などたくさんの種類がはいっているので、味と食感が様々で良いです。こちらの家庭ならではの工夫なのではないでしょうか。
プルコギが思ったよりも少なめで、味ももの足りないです。
お好みでコチュジャンソースをかけると、バランスがよくなります。
