シンプルなのにパンチある
ここは昔から変わらず、安定のスープ。そして普遍のパンチあるスープ。いつも雲呑麺を食べるのですが、女将さんの5個でいい？に、もちろんと答えるのが癖になってます。食べ応えあるワンタン、チャーシューもトロトロ。そして刻み葱がどっさり入ってるのが、ビジュアル的にも、風味的にもいい。シンプルなのにパンチある一杯。これがいい

順天堂医院が目に入ると、自然に足が向く、そんなお店。はじめてたへまてから25年経ってるかな。変わらずあの味を継承しているのは本当にすごい。
近所なら毎日行きたいお店です。
いつもワンタンメンで、ほか食べたことなかったので、次はチャレンジしてみよかなと思うんですが、あのスープと、ワンタン、青ネギのバランスが最高すぎてぬね出せない。
今月何回食べれるかな。
