ラーメン激戦区の本郷、この日はこちらを訪問。
入店は14時過ぎで、先客1名、後客無しでゆったり。
一番奥のカウンター席を案内され、座ってメニューを眺めます。
ここに来たからには雲呑麺でしょって事で雲呑麺 雲呑3個（850円）を大盛
（＋110円）でオーダーします。
オーダーから6分強で着丼、あまり大盛感はありません。
まずはスープを一口。最初の一口では割とあっさり目なのかなと思ったのですが、
2口3口と飲み進めると、かなりの味の濃さ、しょっぱさが・・・
次に麺をすすっていきます。細目のストレート麺の茹で加減はちょっと柔らか目、
もっと硬めでもいいのになと感じます。
麺を食べ進めると、麺にも味がついているんじゃないかと思える程しょっぱさが
口の中にまん延していきます。
メインの雲呑ですが、とぅるんとした食感はイイ感じですが、肉感は少な目。
最近この近くで食べたワンタンの印象が強いので、ちょっともの足りなさを感じ
てしまいます。
薄目のチャーシューも柔らか目、これもちょっと味濃いかな。
メンマも味濃いめなんですが、他の味の濃さに隠れてしまいますね。
大盛の麺を食べ進めていくのですが、味の濃さで食べきるのが辛いくらい。
途中途中でお冷を飲みながらじゃないと完食できませんでした。
評価の高い店なんで、個人的に期待高めで訪問したんですが、正直自分の口には
合いませんでした。再訪する事はないかなぁ。
