東京メトロ丸の内線御茶ノ水駅と本郷三丁目駅の中間あたりにあります。
白地に黒文字のテント看板はありますが､目立つことなくひっそりとした印象です。
店内は厨房前のカウンター席と一部テーブル席があります。
メニューのメインは 雲呑麺 ､叉焼麺やその他の麺も多くあります。

キラキラと黄金色に輝くスープに麺を覆い隠すくらいに具材が浮いています。
スープは豚､鶏､野菜などがベースで旨みが濃厚です。
塩を合わせることですっきりマイルドに仕上がっています。
麺はやや縮れの入った中細タイプ､柔らかめでモチモチとしています。
具材は雲呑､叉焼､メンマ､海苔､ネギです。
雲呑は大振りで､具材たっぷりで､存在感があります。
生姜や香辛料の風味が強め､スープと合わさると更に美味しい。
叉焼は豚バラロールタイプ､脂多めで旨みがあります。
雲呑も叉焼のどちらも美味しく完食です。
