この日は朝がはるなで昼が当店という、メチャクチャ贅沢な一日♪
チャーシューメン：ワンタンメンが推しなのはなんとなくわかるが、ライスがあるのを確認してこちらに。細麺だからか提供は速い。スープひと口で眼前が三茶にトリップ…。私ゃ当店の大元の店にはまだ行ったことないんだが、屋号は異なるんだけど同時期に独立した兄弟分みたいな店にはずいぶん前に行ったことあって、これだけ特徴的な味やメニュー相ですぐそれとわかる。一瞬淡味に思えてなかなか奥深い豚骨スープ。流行りの意識高い系中華そばのような複雑味というか分厚味はないんだが、シンプルで澄んでて。これをプッチンとした歯触りのゆる縮れ細麺が吸い上げ、独特な中華そばとなってる。ライスはせっかくだから高菜飯にしちゃった。何がせっかくだからなのかというと、私的に飲んでる薬の関係でこれまで青菜の漬物は禁忌とされてきたのでね。その割にゃ私の項によく出てくるって？ハハ…(^^;。そしてオンザライス！こてこて♥のチャーシュー！ホロリンと崩れる一歩手前のテクスチャー…。
この感じ久しぶり！やっぱ美味しい店ですね。これは本家にも行ってみなくては。
